OUR CLASSES

BARRE CLASSIC

  • This class brings together elements of dance & pilates and uses a ballet barre, light weights and other equipment to add resistance to low impact exercises. In Barre Classic you will pulse and plié your way through 50 minutes of movement designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles from head to toe!

MAT PILATES

  • Lead by our certified Pilates instructors, this class will leave you feeling the burn! Still following the beat of great music, this slightly slower paced workout will leave you feeling stronger and more in-tune with your body and mind.

BARRE HIIT

  • This class is designed to elevate your strength and your heart rate all at once. Your instructors will always offer low impact options along the way so come join us even if you don’t wish to jump!

BYOBABY BARRE

  • Moms, dads, grandparents, pregnant people, everyone is welcome! This class is led by our pre/post natal certified instructor and new mom Angela and her son.

    Class is designed to meet you where you are at while working on stabilization, strengthening and adding movement back into your routine. Come meet some other parents and move with us!

CANDLE LIT FIT

  • In this class we will dim the lights and take our focus inward rather than on the mirror.

SUNDAY STRETCH

  • We have you covered in this 50 minute reset, designed to lengthen and rejuvenate your muscles. Whether you're feeling stiff from sitting at a desk all day or from a killer barre or pilates workout, this class will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the week!
